Hassle-Free Returns and Refunds

We offer a 14-day return policy. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot process a return or exchange.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused, in the same condition as when received, and in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Certain health and personal care items

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return. Please do not send items back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Partial refunds may be issued for the following:

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not caused by us.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email regarding your refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method within a certain timeframe.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Double-check your bank account.
  • Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to post.
  • Reach out to your bank for potential delays.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are refundable. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us, and we’ll assist you.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once we process the return, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will go to the gift giver.

Shipping

To initiate a return, please email us, and we’ll provide instructions for returning your product.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, which is non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Delivery times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.

For items valued over €35, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of returned items.
