• Standard Orders: These are sent to the manufacturer within 1-2 days of being placed for processing and dispatch.
• Customized Products: For personalized items, we carry out printing, cutting, and sewing. Please allow 3-5 days for this process before shipping. Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a tracking number.

Shipping Time

Delivery times are divided into two categories:

• Domestic Orders: Estimated delivery time is 1-3 weeks from the order date.
• International Orders: Delivery times vary based on the destination country but typically range from 2-5 weeks.

Multiple Items

If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on stock availability. Rest assured, all items will arrive, and we guarantee that no items will be lost during the process.
